Well known Shanghai motorbike dealer and car street out at Huaxiang Road will be demolished by end of April 2016 on very short notice, affected will be BMW Motorrad, KTM, TP-Engineering, Victory, independent bike repair shops and a few high end car dealers + tuners...

Most have found new locations and shall try to update later on, phone numbers and email contacts listed in earlier post should work during the movements and transitions was told by various people / shops affected....










On another note, Honda Africa Twin available via Honda Shanghai dealership during August 2016, Manual = 163000 RMB++ and DTC = 183000 RMB++.
Be prepared to pay approx. 250000 RMB (around 38585 US$) for a Shanghai "A" license plate / registration and a Shanghai "C" license plate / registration goes for approx. 65000 RMB (around 10032 US$) as of today.

Well ~ can't complain, making $$$$'s every single month on my Shanghai plates / registrations.....

DUCATI Shanghai and other official China Ducati dealers= http://www.ducatichina.cn have finally the newest Multistrada S versions available for 220000 RMB+++ (approx. US$ 33983)....

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB.
