Superb Photos, Tell us about the trip too. Morocco is one destination i would love to ride to. I have been recommended the ferry to Santander, But that would mean missing out France (why have a bike and take a boat!). It will come down to time and cost in the end.
Tell us more Jcbmw....

Mate, can the canyons visible in the second set of pictures here above (3rd and 5th pics from the top) be reached on a paved road, and not dirt or gravel? I ask you this because I ride a big full dresser (H-D Electra Glide) which will be fully loaded with luggage and I'll also have my girlfriend riding pillion...

@ Knight of the Holy Graal, the 3th pic is on a paved road in les Gorges du Dades and the 5th is on a gravel/dirt road. It's not that far from Gorges du Dades if you want to try. From El-Kelaa M'Gouna you go towards Tourbist.
It's difficult to give you the exact spot because that day I was riding with Tim Cullis who was using a GPS.

I see.
Another thing, 1st set of pics: where were you when you took the 3rd pic, I mean the sand dunes behind the water with palms in the middle?
Thanks for your tips.

Thanks for the wonderful photos jcbmw. Holidays sorted for this year but Morocco is top of the list for my next bike trip, and viewing these amazing images i know i can't wait to ride there. In fact i plan to take the ferry to Northern Spain from the UK, to allow for more time in Morocco.
