What a great summary of a nice trip with the big beamer. 30 min felt short, taken into consideration the amount of effort one usually have to put in to this kind of content creation. My travel plans got rerouted to the Balkans last year, and Albania is the southern goal. Do you have some GPX-tracks in Albania that could be shared? I would very much like to include parts you traveled, especially the gravel parts displayed in your video.

Hello my Friend!
Sorry i haven´t GPS Tracks but you find the routes easily when you have a map from Albania and Open Street Maps for your Navigation System.
To drive the Gravel Section the best start point is the Town Shkodér near the border to Montenegro.
From there it´s possible to drive a circle.
First option is direction Koplik-Bogé to Theth. That´s the easier route. Most of them is asphalt. The last 15-20km´s are more difficult but unproblematic.
Second Option is to drive along the Kir River. That´s what you see in the video. The first 25-30km´s are asphalt. Rest (100km) dirt roads and gravel. But more beautiful and so wild

a video especially from the route:-)
A good idea is to buy a Albania Travel Guide and you´ll find many interesting and cool places you´d never find without
Regards;
Stefan.

Moin Stefan,
nice videos.
Got my GS three days ago and setting it up now.
Seems much better for travelling than my Suzi Intruder.
Hope you recover soon, then let us talk about some travelling.
Regards, Reinhard

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
