My favourite road on a bike in the Baltics must be the A3 from Riga crossing into Estonia just after Valga and on to Tartu and Lake Pepsei.
Once away from Riga it becomes a superb undulating road with fast curves through beautiful enchanting 'old world' big countryside with small farms and villages, dotted among lakes, woods and open countryside. I love this road, fast or slow. Now done it 4 times.
All roads in Lith, Lat and Est are very, very good. If you want loose dirt roads the whole region has woodland/forest tracks everywhere which appear to be available for unrestricted use. look at Margus's photos on one of the threads below.
Some threads about this area (there will be others I am sure) are

Estonia!
Estonia is home to the most beautiful women in the world. What you'll mostly have to watch out for in Tallinn is to try to stay on the road and not drive into street-lamps while looking at the ridiculous plethora of insanely gorgeous blondes.
I am jealous of your upcoming trip.
Be sure to take the ferry out to the Islands of Saaremaa and Hiiumaa...beautiful. Tallinn is incredible and has a magnificent old city; Tartu is the hottest college town in the world, absolutely exploding with ridiculously hot blondes. Did I mention that?
Hope you're single. Have fun.

I agree that all the girls have come out of the same factory - stunning long legged tanned blondes. I can recommend staying at the Barclay Hotel in Tartu see Barclay Hotell . If you can afford it take the suite with Sauna.
I would say that Tartu is much nicer than Tallin.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
