Not been yet, but going shortly. Camping seems well organised with each site having a number. Details here: Polska Federacja Campingu i Caravaningu

I've not camped in the specific areas but would offer my opinion on Polish campsites in general. Most sites really know how to "pack 'em in" the spaces between tents can be minimal i.e. about a foot, so if you roll over in the night you could be in your neighbour's tent. Shower and toilet facilities can also be a bit primitive, noise is also an issue I find. The prices charged are not really that much of a bargain so I tend to use hotels in Poland. You can get that extra bit of luxury for around £15 to £20 per night including breakfast without the hassle of putting our tent up. Also a couple of sites I've used had 24 hour security patrols, OK for peace of mind I suppose, but why did they deem such measures necessary in the first place?
To go totally against all I have said I would recommend the campsite alongside the canal in Elblag in the north of the country (the canal that lifts boats on cradles over high points), reasonable spaces, immaculate facilties, chalets available and run by a really friendly old chap who dosen't speak much English but is mega-attentive.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
