googlemaps question

i'm using googlemaps to keep this map of my route around europe this summer...

summer 2010 - Google Maps

it's a great tool but my question is this, does anyone know if there is a way of showing the whole route on one page? i could do it by deleting the various flags and running the days together but i'd rather keep them on there as a reminder of where i stopped, etc.

ps. if anyone has any "must-see" places on my route back to madrid from poland, let me know.

cheers

Thumbs up

I zoomed out two stops and now it shows the whole route. I guess I don't quite understand what you are trying to achieve.

I would stop in Andorra, Carcassonne, Parc Noational des Cevennes, in the Vercors le Col de la Machine (D76), in Germany the area between Regensburg and the Czech border.

Are you trying to print the entire route on 1 map? If so, once you hit print you can tick "include large map"

I went round eastern europe a few years ago, really liked Cesky Krumlov (south of Prague) and Krakov and Wieliczka in Poland.

no, i don't want to print it out. i just want to be able to see it all on one page. at the moment it is split into two pages. page 1 - madrid to norway. page 2 - norway to czech republic (so far). i have to scroll down on the left hand side and click on page 2 to see the second half of the journey. when you click on the link, you are only seeing the northbound part, right?

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
