If you need help or want to ride the mountains in Georgia
As I reported earlier, my Heidenau K60 Scout rear tire was torn apart after riding a rough road in Georgia. What happened next is an amaying story.
I met a polish biker, who knew another polish biker, who again knew a guz in Tbilisi, and this guy knew a guy in Stepandsminda where I got starnded.
e is working putting up power supply lines in Georgia and is very much into enduro and adv riding.
This guy showed up in the guest house after 20 min. and looked at my tire, made a phone call, and told me he´ll be back the next day with a tire.
I couldn´t believe that. But yes he asked a friend in Tbilisi to send a used Trailmax via Mini Bus to Kazbeghi.
And the next day it was mounted on my tire.
Unbelievevable how the help from Dato saved me.
He informed me, that he also organizes tours in Georgia, but dosen´t adverise much, so not many people know him.
So if you plan to have a good time or a guided tour ...
call him, it´s www. endurogeorgia.com or caucasusenduro.com.
And btw, everything was free, he didn´t charge me a penny and refused to take any money. A really nice guy who saved my ass!!
