Italy to Asia (China or elsewhere)

Hello everyone!

I am new here, just found this great website! Anyway, I need a change, a big one, and decided to goo seeking some adventure and fun on the road to Asia.
My plan is the following: quitting my job, subrenting my house, kiss hello to my family and friends and leave from northern Italy (I live in Milan) direction East. Wherever the wind blows. Or the bike bring me.
Now, this is a long trip, difficult, dangerous and might turn out to be more than I can handle, but at least I want to give it a shot. I’d like to spend the winter fine tuning my bike (I ride an old BMW k75, and if you think I’m crazy you’d better say it clear and loud before I do any further step), preparing my gears, getting infos about the roads and stuff and leave around the beginning of April. Ideal route would be ferry to Greece, then Turkey, Siria, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Myanmar, and then I’ll see.
Now it’s up to you: I need a lot of help here, thoughts, wishes and so on. Has anyone here ever done something like this before? Or do you know anyone?

Please help me! This is very important to me!!
