I've just QUIT my job
Hi all,
Today, 10 minutes ago, I've announced to my bosses I'm out. They were shocked. It was a GLORIOUS moment. On february 28th I'll quit my job for good (I've been there 10 years) to prepare all the details for my 2-year round the world trip.
I just wanted to share this moment with you guys.
IT CAN BE DONE.

Wonderful, as a 68year old I in 2008 I did Cape Agulhas (souther tip of Africa) to Nordkapp Norway (the north most point of Europe) on a Vespa.
A trip of 2 years can only change your life for the better.
It did me a world of good!!!!

Wow, leaving my job is a thing I'd never be so brave to do, for this reason my congratulations are huge!
I'm really jealous...
Now, it's up to you, dude!

If you don't go, you'll never know....
Just think of it as being sacked (but with a decent bit of warning to do all your planning in)!

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
