Ride together to Dili? Hmmm, a bit to late we did it 4 years ago, had a look to your HP... We did nearly the same trip, and now WE are going to North and South America, we start in 5 weeks...
OK back to the topic... in Indonesia get in Contact with Lutson Umbran from the HTML Motorcycle Club: https://www.facebook.com/lutson.umbaran
(Tell him Sascha from RTWbyBIKE told you)
^^they can help you big time in Indo with everything... IndONEsia is an incredible country... do not worry about the "HEEEELLLOOOO MISTER" you will get used to it soon or later - or maybe not
Good Luck!
Ps.: I am sure you know, but anyhow. Your bike needs to be as clean as new, even better! In Dili it took us 8 days, 10h a day cleaning it. In Darwin the Customs Office took a white glove and went all over the bike, the glove was still clean and bright white... They looked even in the airintakes (Ansaugstutzen), the Airfilter I left in Dili and got a new one in Darwin... you can have a look at our HP if you like, or contact me if you need more contacts along your route... (or in Dili itself, avoid the Dengy-In Hostel if you can! We did Couchsurfing there and it was great!)

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
