accomodation France

Hotel are fairly expensive but you can always try Formule 1 ( chain) , a lot of them in France around 19 Euro in some area where I was .

In Britany ( Bretagne ) you can camp with your van or 4X4 on the coast for free in many places from 7PM to 9am . Superb spot in north finister .

you can use https://www.gamping.com/ for tent space or similar

Les Ballastieres B&B & indoor hayloft camping

I've use Les Ballastieres Prices – Les Ballastieres a few times now in Brittany and always found the owner Sue and Paul really helpful and friendly.

They have the normal B+B or I used the Indoor Camping in the Hayloft

20 € per person, per night. Basic breakfast is included as well as free tea and coffee. A packed lunch, is also available at a small cost for guests in The Hayloft.

Below the Hayloft on the ground floor is a chill out games room with pool table TV, DVD, sofa's and a log burner for the chilly nights - all included in the price. They even arranged a crate of for us at cost price which was in the fridge on arrival!

You can park your bike indoors and they also have a fully a fully equipped workshop will all the tools you can use. They even arranged for replacement wheel bearings for a mates bike and helped fit them as well.

Bones

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
