Bosnia-Herzegovina, Mostar, hostel
Hostel Majdas

Hostels, Youth Hostels & Cheap Hotel Accommodation at HostelBookers
Mostly dorms, though they do have one room with just a couple of beds. Free internet.
Like staying in someone's home, Majda and Bata make everyone very welcome, though it can seem a bit studenty!
Bata runs excellent tours of the surrounding area - I'm not one for tours, but this is something different, and will bring you closer to what Bosnia is about not distance you from it.

Hi! I spent some time there last year. Couldn't agree with you more. Their Mum looked after my bike. It was parked right in front of her house in the little courtyard place where she lives... Brilliant place.

Hostel and Camping near Mostar. Bosnia Hercegovina, Vitina
Hello
Just read your post and would like to let everyone know that there is a new hostel/ camping place in Vitina Bosnia Hercegovina.
Here is a link to the website Motorcycle Friendly Hostel, Vitina, Bosnia Hercegovina, with camping.
It is run by a couple of bikers and their family.
Very cheap and conveniently located off the foot of the motorway in Croatia. So basically you come off at Vgorac, cross over the border into Bosnia and then head for the M-6 road which takes you into the village of Vitina. GPS coordinates are on their website.
Only 10 Euros per night per person in their apartment, 5 Euros if you are camping.
The place has just opened for the summer.
All the best

Excellent hostel and highly recommended. They changed location and now they have several rooms, some just for one or two people. Here is the new address:

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
