I want to recommend a great hostel in the town of Olomouc called Poets Corner. It's a small, friendly place run by a couple who are experienced two wheel travellers themselves - cyclists in fact. It is close to the town centre and all its amenities.

16 beds in two mixed dorms, all bunk beds.
Four private rooms, three of which will sleep up to four in a mixture of double, single and bunk beds. Higher cost than the dorms, naturally.
Kitchen for all to use.
Linen and towles supplied.
Free wi-fi.
Common room area.
Two showers, two WC's for dorm users.
Secure parking just up the road or on street parking nearby.
Currently Kc300 per person per night for the dorms. That's about 10 Euros.

I was able to ride my bike through the hallway into the enclosed back yard.
The hostel is in an apartment block on the 4th floor - 94 steps to carry your gear up so it might not suit everyone although three of the private rooms are downstairs.
The owners are friendly, helpful and interested in you so you feel welcome and comfy straight away.
The town has a centuries old history and is full of cultural places to visit. It is a university town and has plenty of cheap eateries, cafes, tea rooms and bars.
I'm sitting in the common room at midnight as I type this. I thoroughly recommend Poets Corner Hostel
