. I'm 18 and have my drivers licence back home (provisional). Asking around led me to believe that the cops aren't too worried. If I want to buy a motorbike though I have to get it signed in a locals name as my RUT papers are only temporary so far. I have to wait a few months till it comes through. The guy who was going to help me out said he won't do it because I have no licence except my car one. If there is a problem it would lead back to him and the cops asking why he gave me the bike to use.
