There are both a KTM shop and a tyre shop listed on iOverlander in Bariloche.
And in Osorno on the chilean side you have Motoaventura that usually have a decent selection of tires.

Motos Neuquen
I would start with these guys. There is also a decent KTM Honda agent.
Motos Neuquen is in Olascoaga just a block from R22

I purchased a chain and crown from them very helpful. If still stuck I can ask a friend in Neuquen

Keep in mind this weekend is a long weekend in Argentina and shops won’t open until Wednesday. Some might be open this morning Sat. The idea above of Moto Adventure Chile is a good one. They seem to trade in Heidenau. Ventas@motoadventuracentre.com. If you can make it to Punta Arenas 2 good options there. See post on tires in Ushuaia area

Bought 2 Heidenaus in Osorno at Motoaventura. Very warm welcome, excellent service, after 2 hours and some cafes on the road again. Sonia and Matia were very helpful. Immigration and Aduana between Osorno and Villar de Angostura. Was done in 20 Minutes. Right decision.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
