Copa Air from Panama to Colombia
Go to Freight Terminal (near the passenger terminal) and directly to Copa Air. They are the best to deal with and will fly your bike to either Bogota, Medellin or Cali for a very reasonable rate. They do not require crating and are a delight.

Hello
Of those three Columbia cities you mention, do you recommend any one over the others? Which is most enjoyable to spend a few days in? Which is logistically more favourable?
Cheers

You won't spend a few days in neither. Release of the cargo and customs takes nothing more than a few hours in Colombia unless the cargo arrive late Friday.
You should visit all three cities in Colombia and more...!
PM me if you need help with customs in Cali!

Copa airlines
If I´m not wrong, Copa will fly only to Bogota, I helped a friend with some paperwork in Panama and they said they were not flying to the other two destinations anymore, this was about a month ago. Also, as a reference, the price was 630 usd. only for the bike but another friend sent his bike from Panama to Bogota, a week ago, with DHL and he said it was 450 usd. You might want to give them a call at some point.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
