Kawasaki shop in Belem, Brazil?

Anyone know of a Kawasaki shop in Belem, Brazil (in Para)? If so, please post with an address and/or a telephone number.

Thanks for your help!

Actually, my helpful wife, Laurie, was asking on my behalf. I will need new sprockets for my '05 KLR650 before I leave Belem. I think they will get me to Belem.

LaurieD,

There is a webpage in Brazil, but I'm not sure about a Kawasaki dealer in Belém, probably there isn't.
Kawasaki

But KLR 650 was never sold in Brazil.

Kind regards,
Reginaldo Rohden.

No Kawasaki parts for the KLR650 here. I am waiting for parts to be sent from home. Thanks, everyone.

Thanks, all!

The HU Community process helped yet again.

When I posted this thread and sent out an email to the Belem community, we heard from Alex Reis, a member of a local Belem motorcycle club, who got in touch immediately and offered help and friendship to SgtMarty. He also knew a mechanic, Silvio, who has worked on Kawasakis; unfortunately, the sprockets that Marty needed were not available locally so he had to wait while I shipped them to him. Alex and others helped make sure that Marty enjoyed his stay.

Long story short, the parts got there on Monday the 16th; the bike got reassembled on Tuesday, and on Wednesday Marty and the KLR departed on a boat headed up the Amazon to Manaus. So all is well and the saga continues.

To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
