Bike for sale in Arica, Northern CHile
Hi Veronica,
I have a bike for sale - a great little 200c enduro bike, but in northern Chile.
If you don't find one, and are already on your way north let me know.
It's a Chilean plated bike - Euromot GXT200, great fuel economy, (220kms per 9 L tank), light (great for all types of terrain) and equipped with panniers. I am also selling all the tools and spare parts I have - essentially all that you need to fix the bike roadside, and some extras. Selling for US$1300
Let me know if it doesn't work out and you're intereted!
Ciao
Susan

I am currently in San Martin de Los Andes and heading to Pucon in 2 days. I am looking to buy the motorcycle anywhere in Chili from Pucon or north of there. I am looking to buy the bike ASAP so I can make my way to peru by the beginning of April.
If anyone has a bike for sale and can tell how I can avoid issues entering Bolivia and Peru with all the necessary docs, that would be great. I am not used to the Hubb forum so please write me a private message if you have a bike for sale or have any good tips!
Thanks you all,
Vero

Hi Susan,
I am interested in your bike, where in northern Chili are you? Can you write me a private message with the cost of the bike?
Cheers,
Vero

Canadian KLR650 in Santiago for sale
Hi Veronica,
after finishing my trip from Canada to Ushuaia and back to Santiago I will sell my KLR650 there.
The KLR650 is a 2010 modell which I bought brandnew at a Kawasaki Dealer in Calgary on Oct. 5th 2011. Until now it´s running perfect. The kilometers counter shows 29.200km.
The bike has a Canadian registration and should be a good deal, especially for as Canadian citizen. I have all related documents, including the bill of sales. The bike is still in manufactureres warranty and in a very good condition (except some minor war wounds / scratches on the plastics). The bike comes ready to travel with Ortlieb softbags and all tools and parts I would carry on a long trip.
The price will be very attractive and much cheaper than in Canada. If you don´t break the bike I would also buy it back in Canada or Alaska as soon as you arrive there.
Please sent me an email or PN when you are interessted
best regards
Christian

2008 KTM 690 SMC for sale in Patagonia, preferably Punta Arenas (free zone and legal to sell bikes).
Just finishing up my trip from Panama to Patagonia with my KTM, and seeing if theres any interest for a buyer picking it up either in Uruguay or Punta Arena, Chile. Save me the hassle of shipping it, and pick up a great bike to ride home through South and Central America.
35,000 kms
Remus header and exhaust
Heated grips
Renazco seat
Renazco fuel cap
Acerbis hand guards
Ram mounted mirrors
2 Best Rest Peg Packers w/ 1 gallon reserve tanks
Metal Mule rear fender rack (for strapping down only)
Scott SS oil filters
KTM Hard Parts foam air filter
KTM Hard Parts Enduro skid plate
The bike runs great, but is not cosmetically perfect. Some wear and tear on the plastics, and the plastics holding the speedo need to be replaced.
Needs:
a new kickstand (or modifications to the existing one, Im currently using a rock as a solution)
rear LED blinkers
a front sprocket
Plastic piece under speedo
Kind in mind, this is a supermoto, not the Enduro model. It can not be easily converted to an Enduro.
I havent found it difficult to ride an SM in SA, tires can be found, you dont ever really need a 21inch wheel. Though, as always, YMMV.
$7000
