You don't say exactly what you are looking for/ what is wrong so all I can find is this:
Arica city map here S18.47972 W70.31933
2 auto repair workshops around here S18.48178 W70.29649
Or ask a cop or someone at the El Paso hotel (in road parallel to Avenida Pedro Montt near Naval heliport)
Failing that, there is a bike shop in Iquique some 300 Kms south of you OR in Arequipa about 450 Kms north of you.

Found One
We found a motorbike repair garage, it seems to be the only one in town, which is strange since Arica is a fairly large town. It's called Nelson's, it is located behind the cemetery. I'll post the GPS coordinates when I have a chance.
Thanks,
Jordan.

There was a honda shop there 2 years ago that did some good work for me, but last summer (Carb and tank clean), they were not in the same place. I just checked the Honda CL site and it lists them at the same place(CHACABUCO 450). But when I went to the web site ( Página principal), it said:
Agropiemonte
Kilómetro 6 Valle de Azapa, Arica - Chile
Información de contacto:
Teléfono: 056-58-585740
Fax: 056-58-585739
Correo: agropiemonte@entelchile.net
So perhaps you can find them & get what you need.

The coordinates for Nelso's moto repair shop in Arica are:
S 18 28.629' W 070 18.455'
The Honda shop at CHACABUCO 450 is no longer there, I guess they moved.
Thanks,
Jordan.
