Shipping bike to Buenos Aires

Hello,

Would like to ship my motorcycle from Europe to Buenos Aires somewhere in December 2011.
To cut the price it would be interesting to share a container with other people.
Harbour off departure can be anywhere less then 800 km from Brussels.

Please let me know if interested.

Best regards

Guy

Shipping to Buenos Aires

If you can't find other people to fill a container, try Eculine for shipping your bike in a crate. They have an office in Antwerp and also in BA. I shipped my bike with them 4 weeks ago from BA to Antwerp for a real fair price and they will even help you with all the paperwork in BA for free.

Container from Ireland to Buenos Aires

Hi Guy,

Myself and a few mates are shipping our bikes to BA in very late September (to arrive late October) and flying down ourselves in early November, there is space in our container but i imagine it is too early for you.

Thumbs down

Grimaldi, good luck
we are just back from sur america and will never ever use grimaldi again !
we lost 12 day's and paid much more than was foreseen !
The problem with grimaldi is that they use a other company for the paperwork with the adouane and for transporting the container out off the ship and for opening the ship.
If you have bad luck like we did, they give you a mafia like company ho ask for more money and there is nothing yoy can do about it !
We met 2 other groups with the same shit !! so bee aware guy’s

You are much better off with eculine ho is very good company, price all included so no surplices and they are cheaper !

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
