For customs clearance an agent of our shipper assisted us, but I think you have to fill the same paper you get at the border via road (always the same info: name, pass, plate, chassis etc); no bringing fruit and plant declaration; they check the laggage and the bike. The importer has only done papers, then we went alone to the customs warehouse and 'tried to communicate' with them. Everybody can manage with a bit of patience.
