route Kayes - Mahina - Manantali - Kita - Bmk: big changes
tarmac all the way to Manantali dam (just before it, turn right to cross the bridge and follow the signs for COOL-CAMP rund by a friendly Dutch if you need a superb place to stay and swimm in Bafing river) then a horrible mix of some semblance to tarmac with piste and rocks and what not until Kokofata (100 km), then superb tarmac through Kita to Kati, then ayayay all the way to Bmk
one more thing, the piste Selibaby Kayes is easy, but take it easy: lots of rocks, some small but steep oueds, stick to the hills in rainy season, and stay away from them in dry season, especially if with a 2WD, deflate moderately
