Forum Problems
Hi
There is no forum to discuss HUBB website issues, so here will do and maybe it can be moved if need be.
In the past two days while replying to posts I have noticed some weird issues which this morning culminated in ALL posts except the original going missing.
The thread in question is this one by bonnygirl http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hub...rack-nov-52107
There were a few answers and I posted one which I then needed to edit and add some stuff. While editing and posting a link, it deleted some of the text, so I went back and typed it all in again. It still would not post correctly, so I left it and added another post with the correct text, which was then not posted correctly either, so I gave up.
Since that time, a few more posts were added to the thread, then this morning, I find that ALL the answers to the original post have been deleted and one new one added within the last hour.
What is going on, the information supplied was correct and viable, so there was no reason for the removal, unless we have been hacked or something?
Any ideas anyone?
Cheers

Emails to Graham and/or Susan have always brought swift responses. Look for the "contact us" link. They're somewhere between the Nakusp meeting and the California meeting, so things might operate more slowly than usual.
Hope that helps.

There is a forum on website issues - just scroll right down to the bottom, below all the stuff on repair shops.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
