Ok.. yeah.. that one in the pic looks pretty bad..
But.. I think they are useful in particular cases as well....
Take a wedding party. Stuffing brides maids into several different cars & trying to get them all to arrive at the same time & unwrinkled isn't an easy task.. If you can put them all in 1 vehicle with room to not mess up their clothes.. well. seems like a practical solution to me.
How about going out drinking with 12 of your mates in Las Vegas? You can try to hail 2-4 cabs.. and keep everyone together.. or just hire 1 driver & 1 vehicle for the night.
A city bus can seem more ridiculous by comparison ( in some cases ). Even larger in size.. and they keep going up & down the streets no matter if anyone is inside or not..
