Well actually reading your question, you want to get your bike TO south America to start your trip?
Where are you starting from?
Coming from Europe, riding it there might be problematic (@ Ted) (even Dylan Wikrama's raft might struggle with the Atlantic!) Air freight will be expensive, but straightforward. James Cargo in the UK are well known. (I think even the ubiquitous Itchyboots used them to get her Himalayan to Buenos Aires and CRF300 to Quito?)
Alternatively RoRo transporters Grimaldi lines were cheaper (pre Cov) but there would not be much left of the bike on arrival.
Cheapest is to share a shipping container, for which you need lots of biker friends, or a couple of 4x4ers.
Any way round, it aint cheap. Sorry!
