F/S (UK): Vango Milano 2 tent
Got a Vango Milano 2 tent (sleeps 3, very luxurious for 2 :-) I don't need.
Absolutely nothing wrong* with the tent, I just realised I can get by with a much smaller one!
*Actually I just remembered that is not 100% correct. There is a small tear somewhere, but it's inconsequential as it's been patched and the tent used since in rain etc with no issues at all. The above phrase was meant to convey that I'm not getting rid of it because I don't like it, but because I realised I don't need such a big tent.
For pictures, check http://shopping.kelkoo.co.uk/ssc-100...no-2-tent.html
and http://www.moto.gr/forums/showthread...5&pagenumber=4 (near the bottom of the page)
I'd like £25 for it.
Cheers
Alex

Offer for Vango milano 2...
Hi there.
I just saw your post offering your Vango Milano 2 for sale. I want to downsize from my Vango Beta 350 (similar design/size to the Milano 3), and I will gladly give you £25 for your Milano 2.
The only problem is that I am in Northern Ireland - if you are content to ship it over I'll cover reasonable shipping costs (I reckon it should be less than £20?). Let me know what you think.
Cheers.
Jo

Hi - having trouble with PMs on site
Hi Alex
I'm new to HUBB, and can't work out how to access/reply to your PM - the site keeps telling me I'm not logged or don't have sufficient privileges (yet it lets me reply here)...
Paypal or cash (recorded delivery) would be easier for me, if that's okay with you?
If you prefer cash, then confirm your postal address in another PM (which is copied to my private email address) and I'll send it a.s.a.p., with my delivery address.
Cheers

On the top right hand side of this page, right above the search box, there should be a box that says "Welcome, joburghawk." and underneath that, a link for "Private Messages" that takes you to http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hubb/private.php - doesn't that work?
I have no way of knowing your personal email address, so if you still can't get to your PMs, email me at [greece 2 india (at) gmail . com] (with no spaces) directly with the address I should sent the tent to.
Cheers
Alex

still problems with PMs...
Hi Alex
Apologies for the hassle so far. I now seem to be able to read PMs, but won’t be able to send them until I have made more posts (something to do with spam issues).
I have emailed my postal address to you - let me know whether you would prefer a paypal payment or cash by post. I do both regularly, but have had problems transferring funds from my building society account to other folks’ bank accounts.
Look forward to hearing from you again.
Jo

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
