Air Hawk Pads
Hi
Considering buying one of these Hawk pads. Love my tenere but my butty gets a bit sore after a few hours.
Anyone use one of these, what they like? Any good? Are they..well safe?...got this nightmare feeling of doing a tight corner and sliding of the dam seat.
Any help would be appreciated.

air hawke
I have one as I was just to damn cheap to buy a special seat for my BMW. It sure helps and is well made. I change off sitting on it with my wife and she loves it. It puts her higher which is part of the problem that I have with the BMW. It is to damn tall and I put the low seat on it which is even worse to sit on. All in all for the price it works. Larry

Hi I can definately reccomend them. My Vstrom was numb bum heaven until I bought one, I can now do 1300km days no worries.
I just recently had my seat cut out and the bladder installed into it and a new cover with a velcro join in it so I can adjust air pressure if needed. The upholsterer was not happy because the seat looks a bit funny, it has to be loose, but I did not care. I don't have to worry about taking it off in the rain or at night etc from thieves.
Cheers

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
