Touring TedMagnum
I know many of us have enjoyed Ted's musings here and know that he's currently in South America living his dream. I hope he doesn't mind me posting it here, but you might want to read about his crash. He's OK, but the blog makes for a good read.

voices got it wrong....
Hi there Ted,
the way they·ve spelt devilishly.... devil sihly + .... makes me wonder if You ought to trust these voices? :confused1:I mean who wants to look "devil sihlly"? Perhaps You should go back to wearing earplugs? Lol...
Thoroughly enjoying reading daily about your where and howabouts. Making me hear voices too, saying: get on out there and do some serious riding!
Keep it coming Ted,
Cheers,
Dan

Take it easy on the ripio!
Glad you're ok Ted. The exact same thing happened to us in the 1st 2 weeks when my g/f somersaulted her bike nr Gobernador Gregores. We both started the trip off very cocky and going way too fast on the ripio and I also remember hitting 70mph down in TDF. I think we ended up averaging about 30-40mph on the ripio later on in the trip once we found out how dangerous it could be.
Keep the sticky side down!

Silver surfer on ripio
I think Ted was trying to impress the ladys by surfing over the ripio.Faster then the wind!
hahahahahaha
Now he changed into Karoos.Lets see how he managed it now.
Asado again here in BA if he manage it in one piece. And of course his favorite "ice cold Quilmes" .

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
