Websites which show Covid restrictions by location.

Please post links to any websites, apps or tools which can help with planning trips in relation to Covid restrictions.

I'll start off with this one.

Sorry for my downbeating input Ted,

but you can plan as hell and you will never stay updated with valid longlasting informations about regulations or restrictions due to the fact that a pandemic is a highly dynamic situation which can change worldwide within a day totally.

But a link catalog to the health ministries sorted by countries worldwide could help to disentangle actual informations.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...and_ministries

P.S.
In my view it`s sadly impossible in the moment to plan a cross-national trip in detail because nobody can forcast how the situation will change in the next months.

If one will leave in the next months for a trip there is absolutely no garantee given that informations valid on one day will be still effective 3 days later. Be prepared that all your planing could be obsolet in the day you start your trip. The only possibility to identify actual regional changes will be through local realtime information during your trip.

I am still in planing which means route, places and activities. But I take my hands off every scheduling, visa policies, test and vaccine regulations, etc. Honestly I am fully overcharged in following and keeping an overview in ongoing worldwide changes in this extraordinary times.

For the EU - https://reopen.europa.eu/en

I agree that it's very difficult to plan - need a strategy and not a plan.

The best I have seen to date is Kayak.

You can see what restrictions are applied inbound to each country based on the origin of the traveler.

Some good info on the websites listed, however most fail to deal with land borders and are geared to people arriving by plane.

Eg, non of them detail that Morocco's land borders are all closed

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
