I fly out today - Thanks everybody !
Well its finally happened. It's the day that I fly out to start my South America adventure, and by god, its been a long time coming.
Thank you SOOOOO much to all on here who have helped, advised, motivated and encouraged me to "live the dream"
I know its very dramatic but it feels like the first day of a new life !
Thanks again and take care !

Let me be the first to say: congratulations! Kick it in the butt, Teddy. You're gonna meet some amazing people and see some incredible places. And if times get tough, ask yourself this: if I could click my heels 3 times and be back at my house, would I? I still smile when I think about that. My answser is still no! See you out there one of these days. Hook.

Good luck
All the very best for your trip, I look forward to reading about it, when you are 'filling up' with sensible priced fuel please think of us paying over £1 per litre!
Have a good one.

Good luck Ted! Have a great adventure - we look forward to reading about all your escapades. You're on my list of presenters for next year remember. Fancy a hop over to Morocco after the meeting for a couple of weeks for a mini-adventure??
Take care and ride safe.

New to Horizons Unlimited?

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
