A good place for a moto campside in Italy? - Where are well travelled routes?

Hello Folks!

After travelling for almost two years across Southern Europe and Eastern Asia, I created the idea of our own place for travellers stopping by. Inspired the most about the Motocamp in BG, a great place, simple, very comfortable and an awesome atmosphere, I often thought about such a place in Italy. I am not Italian, I am from Germany, but Italy was so far the country I loved the most, because of the weather, the food and especially teh people and their way of living?

I couldn't really find any places so far that are dedicated to motorcycles. Is there any reason or did just nbdy. wanted to do sth. like this in Italy? Areas I am really fascinated about have been, around Bologna hills down to Genova Coast or the very south of the Alpes.

What are well travelled routes, beside the Alpes? I guess many people going coming from Greece by ferry boat into Ancona going along the Bologna area and Po-delta?
