Hi Im a 29yr old guy starting in Halifax on the 11th of June on a Suzuki Dr650 se, formally known as A BUSH PIG.. heading for Newfoundland and on to Labrador and then the whole way across Canada with hopes of hitting the Canol trail and Dempster highway, and possibly some of Alaska before heading south along the west coast, cut back in for Grand Canyon and then head south for Copper Canyon and continuing on right through central America, I hope to be in Panama around early Novemberish? Anyone want to share a container or shipping? maybe the stahlyritte?
Continuing south for Bolvia, Chile and Argentina before heading North for BA or Montevideo

hi there - I'm 1 of 4 riders heading North - we started in Ushuia 2 years back and going to Prudoe Bay.
we are doing about 15 days riding every 6 months or so - Park the bikes somewhere fly home for more money (ie work ) and return to continue the journey.
we will return to Panama early October to continue Costa R Nicaragua Honduras and El Salvador - so maybe meet you along the way !
we have done East coast Africa previously so good to talk !

Hi Jonno, sounds awesome, hope to see you along the way, do you have some sort of social media we can keep in touch with? also Id love to hear your thoughts on western Africa, I haven't put too much planning into it yet, but I'm sure the next year on the road I'll find sometime for planning ahead.

You are taking the long way home, more power to you. We are slowly wandering around Mexico and Central America before going further south in the nest few years. Maybe we can stay in touch and make our paths cross. Good luck enjoy yourself and hopefully we can meet of a pint someday.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
