Anyone else in Brazil at the moment??
I currently feel like last biker on the continent as so many people have shipped home in the last few months. Is there anyone else travelling on the coast of Brazil north of Rio??
I leave Rio on 16th April and will be making my way up to Belem (5000 kms) and then Manaus.

HI Ohad and Sharon
Good to hear from you, though I think I am too far ahead of you to meet up. I am now in Porto Seguro, Bahia and having a great time at their First National Bike Meeting. I turned up by chance and am being treated as the star guest.
I didn´t actually go to Buenos Aires - you can email me for details of my route or look at my Blog in the Travellers´ Stories pagee.
have a good trip

Tiffany,
I'm heading south to Manaus from Caracas right now. I'll leave Caracas tomorrow and spend some time in the Gran Sabana before crossing into Brazil. I'l be in Manaus by May 15. Maybe we will cross paths.

Hey,
I´ve come and gone from Manaus. Decided to bag the jungle tour stuff and go right to the Pantanal for a while. See you down the road somewhere.

Hi There
Well, I am now in Recife, about halfway along the coast to Belem. The Pantanal is a LONG way from here, so we´ll see what happens
at least you can confirm that I´m not the Norma-No Mates that I thought I was!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
