Well not far off now - thank god, as its all getting a bit toasty here in Barcelona for me - I seem to be running from aircon to aircon... hmmm.
Early August heading north into France, then across the south to camp as near to Italy as I can get (I've done the area a few times now, so don't mind blasting through to somewhere new).
Then through Monaco (not been there before) and up to Turin (saw a TV programme about it recently, a lot nicer than I expected). Probably will crash there a night.
Past Milan, and up to Lake Como with a stop at the Guzzi factory and musuem. Then heading north via Litchenstein, skirting Switzerland, touching Austria - and pitching up with some mates in Bavaria for a couple of days (
s!).
Then heading north east again towards Czech Rrep - Pils the home of, well, Pils (more
s!), and perhaps Prague - then on up back into Germany and Dresden - which I'm told is worth a visit.
Then not sure whether to head into Poland and catch a ferry to Sweden, or or head up through Berlin to Denmark - I guess it will depend on time. Either way Copenhagen is a must.
Following that - back down south west to cross the top of the Netherlands and jump a ferry to the UK - where I have to do some work for a bit.
10 days in total, so lets see how much I get done.
Can't wait!!
