Breaktime in Zacatecas - anyone else here?
Hi all-
My wife and I are taking a break in Zacatecas, Mexico, after doing about 10K the last two months. We started in Oregon and took the loopy route up through BC to the HU meeting in Nakusp, then across the US and back around down to Texas to cross at Eagle Pass with zero troubles.
Coming down we stayed a night in Monclova, then two nights in Parras de la Fuentes and had a great time. One long-ass day to get to Zacatecas, and we're taking a timeout until next Sunday (Nov. 8, 2015).
Anyone around? Bikes are running well but it's getting about time for another oil change - a garage area would be helpful if anyone reading lives around here. If not, just grabbing some s and food would be fun.

VicMitch-
Today we pulled into Guanajuato and will be here for 5 nights. After that it's off to visit some folks we know in San Miguel de Allende for 3 nights, then...? So - you folks are way ahead of us on the way south, and as we are just wandering, wandering, we will likely not catch up. Our eventual destination is Tierra del Fuego, but we're taking two years to get there. But, if we should catch up or you should slow way down, we might end up somewhere to say Hello.
Ride safe-

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
