Chiang Mai
Well I for one would love to hook up with someone to do some touring after the meeting. I would love to head over to Laos and cross over and then rent another bike on that side to ride some more there. I fly into Bangkok on Jan. 6th so my plan was to then fly up to Ankor Wat before coming to Chiang Mai but i could change that plan depending on who else is looking for someone to ride with. Larry

If your up for it I will see you at the meeting.

Hi,
I'll be here for a couple more days yet, then plan to head over to Pai for some offroading then complete the loop. Just send me a PM when you arrive. I plan on going to the big bike meet tonight at the 700 stadium if anyone is there.

Hello, Hello:

Hi I hope to make the 16th, plan to hire a Y 250 or CB400 and have my first ever 2 wheel adventure! - Hope to ride one of the loops around the north, and think I should have company on my first outing; so if any one is still around when I get there, I'd like to join a trip.

Already done the Mae Hong Son Loop on my KTM, will definataly do it again after the meet but not sure on what. Although the KTM was fun I fancy doing it on something with even more horse power (and a smoother ride). I'm sure I saw a couple of CB 750's for rent so may try one of those for a blast, unless there are any Speed Triple's for rent!

CNX to Laos
I was planning on attending the HU meeting in CNX but had to delay for two weeks. I will arrive Jan 30 to CNX and plan to ride Laos on a rented motorbike for 2-4 weeks. There are bikes to rent in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai that can be taken to Laos. If anyone is still in CNX, let me know or else possibly meet in Laos.

To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
