China - Kyrgyzstan to Nepal - April/May 2015
Hello, my husband and I (both English) are planning to drive our motorhome to through China next year as part of a longer trip that we will begin from England this June. Driving through China is only possible with a Chinese guide and this makes it expensive so we are looking for anyone else who would like to do the same so we can share some of the cost. We will do the China leg around April/May 2015 - but we can be a bit flexible on this, if necessary.
I have had a quote for the trip from a reputable agency which indicates it will be about £5,000 for one party and about £6,000 (that is, about £3,000 each) if we have two parties. This is for a 23 day itinerary and includes a few days for sightseeing. The Chinese guide would travel along with us in our vans and would share our accommodation. We will carry a tent for this purpose. The cost quoted does not include food, accommodation or any travel expenses [fuel etc] so the more people we join up with, the cheaper it will get.
If you are interested, or know anyone who might be, please let me know.
