Kathmandu to Bangok
Hi I'm in Pokhara, Nepal, my plans are open, I would like to team with some one to help to bring down the cost of shipping to Bangok, or just meet up for a or two.

hi Rik
seamus here, i am in kathmandu and have rang all the agents and the first one you gave me, eagle eyes exports i think is the best. he is cheapest and is more experienced. above 500 kg is 1.07 plus .07 cent per kg and under is 1.37 plus 0.07. so the same as you said, and a substantial saving with two or three bikes and his charges on top of that are reasonable.
have you given any thought to going yet?
we are staying at Shanti nepal hotel in Thamel, ph 4262013 so mail me or give me a call.
did you hear anything from Paul in north india?
one other saving is the dangerous good charge of 20 dollars, its the same regardless of amount of bikes.
so let me know what you think, we would like to leave within 1-2 weeks
cheers
seamus

Hi, I am already in North Thailand, I will be back in Bangkok in about 2 weeks. If someone of you is around in this time, let me know, I would like to drink a together. I will probably stay in the Bamboo guesthouse.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
