looking for another rider for Bolivia and Peru march 2014

Hi there ! currently I am in Pichilemu, south west of Santiago Chile, and in a couple of weeks I will be in the north of Chile wanting to do Bolivia and Peru. Currently I travel alone but it will be nice to travel with another biker in Bolivia & Peru. Anyone around with the same plans ?

Hey, I'm bit off topic but wanted to ask you (if you're US citizen), did you got Bolivia visa before leaving or you're getting it at border (is that still doable!?)?
I'm leaving from California soon and and haven't got visa for Bolivia yet. Wondering is it's worth of dealing with it or just leave it for when I get there.
Thanks, Frankie

I don't know about Bolivia (although I do have friends doing relief and mission work there), but here in central Peru we work with handicapped Quechuas teaching them life skills and careers that they can use to support themselves.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
