I'm preparing a trip to Morocco for the end of September, maybe we can share part of it. Could you share your trip plan?

morocco

Hello .... Morocco September I do not have any plans, but I usually make a trip going to fez, marakesh, essorwaria, and sidi ifni, then spend some time in Atlas mountains. stopping in small hotels and a bit of off road. I am on a Africa twin , and been riding for many years ... Keith

Hi Guys, I'm living the dream cruising around Romania at the moment but will be riding through to Gibraltar for a social event (which concludes on 3rd October). After that I'll be taking a ferry to MOROCCO!

I'm riding my trusty f650 Dakar and am pretty much up for anything, though not planning a desert ride on this trip 'cos only have hard luggage. Two to three weeks seems about right to me, though I don't have an end date.

Keen to hear from anyone on a bike that wants to ride Morocco in October.

Cheers, Gordon

Not on a bike but look out for a bunch of Land Cruisers who will be happy to help if you have any issues, or just have a yak and a cold one we'll be mostly off road so a bit unlikely but you never know. May even be on the same ferry as you!

Have fun, ride safe

Hi guys, I am planning a trip Morocco around the same dates (sept/oct). Besides the cities that badou24 mentioned I want to visit also Merzouga and Ouarzazate. Hello Gordon M, I am in Romania in the city of Cluj-Napoca, if you are close-by we could meet up. Cheers

Hey guys
I'm from Belgium and have 16days in august/september to make a trip. Have been to Tarifa and Gibraltar in the past but didn't have the international passport at that time to go to Morocco. Now I have :-)

Would love to go, only I cannot go offroad to much because I have a streetbike at the moment..

Grtz

Hi emilm89 and Keith, I tried sending both you guys private messages a few days ago to discuss Morocco but no response. Maybe the messages didn't send? Please let me know.
Cheers, Gordon

October anyone?

Hi everyone. I heard back from Keith (badou24) and he said he has cancelled his plan to ride to Morocco. So is there anyone else out there keen to take 2-3 weeks from around 3rd October to ride Morocco with me?
Cheers, Gordon

I'm going a bit early (last week of September), during the Eid al-Adha. Two years ago I had a breakdown during this festivity and everything was closed, now I want to go back and have a better time .

VdeChoutos Morocco 2015 is ready!

I'll be in Morocco 9/14 - 9/24. Anyone interested in meeting up? Starting in Casablanca then heading south, then up to Chefchauan.

Marokko starting around Sept. 12th

Hello everybody

I'm a young swiss student with a Tenere and I bought this bike dreaming about going to marokko. Now I met a couple of maroccans on a train and I have a couple of weeks time to visit them (Marrakesh). As I have only little experience and have never been to Africa I do not want to go alone. I was already giving up my plans when I remembered this forum.
I would like to take the ferry from either Sète or Barcelona around the 12th to Melilla and make a tour for around 10 days orso. I am flexible about the dates and route, just have to be back in Switzerland October 1st.

Anyone concrete about his travel plans?

Marocco starting around 20th Octobre for approx 3/4 weeks

I'm considering a late year trip to Marocco with my KTM 1290 SA (Swiss, 48) looking for a compagnion who was there before. Mainly on normal roads, easy around 5hours per day, usually hotels sometimes camping.
Anybody interested to join?
Cheers
Jan
