Pyrenese Trip
Is anyone interested in a short trip to the pyrenese from 14-23 May?
I have a route on sat nav planned including petrol stops, have not booked any hotels as I reckon that I can get lodgings this time of year quite easily.
I was going to head out on the overnight ferry from Plymouth and come back same way.My mate I normally travel with is going to be busy on his farm.
I was hoping to do a lot of the twisties

Pyrenees
I can always find an excuse to ride the Pyrenees, I am based near to Bergerac, a long days ride from Roscoff and about 4 hours from the real twisty bits, Septembers good as its a bit cooler, though last year on the 30th it was 33 degrees on the Port de la Bonaigua at over 2000 metres.
So keep in touch.
Cheers John

I'm making the crossing at Dover on the 14 of May. Making my way down to Spain, if any use in sharing hotel's on the way down. I can get an over nighter in Diver for round £12. That way can catch the early crossing.

only problem I had last year was Esso petrol stations in France - no problems in Belgium, Germany, Czech, Austria, Italy and Spain....
Am interested in that cheap overnighter in Dover..

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
