Seattle to South America Sept 2014
I'm leaving for South American from Seattle in September of 14. I'm riding a klr650 that has been gone over just for this trip. I'm not bent on route or time, and would enjoy the company of another rider. If your easy going and heading that way, lets hook up and make the ride interesting.

I tried to pm you but I don't have enough posts yet..I need five. Are you in Edmonds? I've been researching routes, looking at baja then ferry. Do you have any route in mind? My brother lives in ecuador, so I plan to stop there for a week or so. Other than that, Im not in a hurry at all. I can get by in Spanish as well. I'd love to hear your plans.

Hi all my name is jay. I will be leaving the 15 th of oct 2014 from Boston to panama. I have 4 months so I figure I will end up going a lot further than just panama. Will be riding a 2013 klr 650. Maybe we can all ride for a bit together if we can. Be safe and have a blast

Jay, if we are in proximity of each other...lets ride. I think I might be a little ahead of you though. I'll be heading out in the beginning of September. I'm thinking of staying west coast side until Guatemala. Perhaps I'll dilly dally and you'll catch up. If you have enough posts, pm me and I'll give you my email.

Riding home to Seattle
Hi guys,
I'm riding from Ushuaia to Seattle right now. In Peru at the moment, but planning on being back home by mid September (Sept 14 at the latest!). Let me know if you want to meet up for a drink and talk about the upcoming road!
Best,
Elisa

I will be in the Seattle area by mid Sep 2015, coming from Alaska and heading to Panama (and hopefully further south in SA). I am planning to enter into Mexico by no early than mid October (IMO, no big incentive to get there much earlier because of the rainy season in Central America). I will be in a R1200 GSA, and most likely will be with someone else on a Yamaha Super Tenere up to Mexico City. More details of my trip on The Americas: Top to Bottom (note however that, in spite of the info posted on the site, I have not discarded going S in Mexico through Cabo & then the ferry). Cheers.

Heading South
I am leaving from Edmonton, Alberta in the beginning of September and heading to South America as well. I have been looking for some people to ride with for awhile. I was planning on taking the Baja Peninsula route. It appears there's a couple people heading that way. If your interested in riding together please email me at muffalo@hotmail.com. My name is Jesse. Thanks

Jamie, My bike lands in LA from Auz in mid october. I have a loose plan & timeframe to Ushuaia. If you or anyone else are crossing the Mexican border round mid october, we could maybe travel together for a while. Hugh
