Sept 2016 Baja => 14 Nov Stahlratte
Hi Travelers -
I'm Scott traveling via KTM 1190 ADV into Mexico this September. No really plans as I have many things I want to see while I make my way to Panama and the Stahlratte 14 Nov.
My idea is that if you are headed that way than send me a message and I'll forward you my Spotwalla tracker so maybe was sit and swap story over a meal, camp, cross borders, ride or just wave as we cross paths.
Any questions ask them here or send me a PM.
Odd Scott

Hey Mate!
I'm currently on my Alaska to Argentina Trip on my Suzuki Vstrom 650 riding solo. I'm in Morelia, Mexico at the moment and planning on spending at least 2 weeks in Oaxaca doing some Spanish lessons so you might catch up to me? I don't have a plan or time frame for the darien gap crossing yet. Sounds like the Stahlratte is booking up quickly!
Thanks
Brett Williams

Hi Brett - I believe the 14 Nov. sailing is full. I know I read that there were 15 bikes booked and the captain contacted me to confirm my reservation as there were others wanting my slot.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
