Highly considering

My general plan was to come back to Thailand (currently in Koh Samui) in Nov/Dec with a 90 day multi entry visa to buy a bike (African Twin/F800GS...). Maybe do a swing through Laos and turn around to do Myanmar, India, Nepal. Not sure about the return. Would like to take my time and experience the cultures. I just returned from all these countries but now would like to cross by land.

Edit: Doh! Don't post tired. This is the wrong way for me. I'll wave as we pass though

I'd be interested! I'm looking for around December/Jan time, but still flexible. I just missed this thread and posted my own: http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hub...thailand-87377

Hi there, we might be interested ...actually we were looking to form a group to cross China into Mongolia instead of India, as we came this way. But since we haven't found anyone else by now, we might change plans and cross Myanmar for a second time. Let us know if you already have an specific offer and time in mind. Best, Chris and Elisabeth

Traveling from India to Thailand via bike seems amazing adventure. The expedition will be superb and its one hell of a road trip. For adrenal junkies, it like heaven. But for subtle people, this road trip isn't appropriate. They better book Thailand tour packages from any travel agent if they want to go to thailand.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
