Toronto to Ushuaia
Looking for other riders interested in making trip from Toronto to Ushuaia (or any part) starting in late September. Have a firm booking on the Stahlratte for November 27.
I'm an older guy (60+), cautious but experienced rider, half decent shade tree mechanic with limited Spanish but working on it. Plan is to do some camping and some hotels.
Riding a Gen2 KLR - be nice to have someone with same bike so we can trade off spare parts.

I would like to leave Vancouver around the same time. We could meet up some where in the US, before the Mex, border. I don't know which way your planning on riding down. I ride a DR 650 (2016) 69 years young, been riding for 40+years. Last year I did 3mo. in AU. 2 years ago I did South Africa & Namibia. email (richard.sullivan85@yahoo.com)

Riding buddies are the same as spouses - they don't always survive an extended trip so it might be a mistake to pool spare parts.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
