Turkey - Iran - August 2003
With our bike, me and my girlfriend are planning a trip in IRAN from Italy (via Turkey) during August.
Duration: 15days in IRAN
No further itinerary yet.
Anyone want to join, also for a part of the trip? Motorbikes (better) but also 4wheels accepted.
We are 27yo.

I supposed to start from Italy about the 25 July.. is that tool early for you?
but maybe, i'm not sure, i can stop 15 days in Istabul. In fact i'm experiencing some problems with the carnet de passage. In IRAN if someone stole my bike, i will loose all the money given for deposit for the carnet... it sounds too strange to me. In this case i will fly to iran from istanbul, stay there for 15 days, and come back in istanbul to go on my travel in turkey.
so, we may meet there and do the turkey together.. tell me something.
Do have any info on the carnet in such sense?
Are u travelling alone?

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
