2 visa "pages" left
I'm planning on traveling through five, maybe six, countries in West Africa (Burkina Faso, Cote d'Ivoire, Mali, Senegal, Mauritania, W.Sahara & Morocco). I'm currently based in Ghana so I would be starting from there.
Basically I'm wondering if any of these countries are willing to use the amendments pages after the visa pages in my US passport for visa stamps and what not. I've currently got 1 two sided visa page (so technically two pages) left, but three amendments pages.
I'm thinking it's better if I just get a new passport but what have peoples experiences been?

Not any more: https://travel.state.gov/content/pas...er-issued.html
I don't like to leave myself vulnerable to uniformed personnel who might wake up feeling greedy (or merely despotic) on the day I cross a border. I'd get a new passport.
Hope that's helpful.

I'm with Mark, get a new passport whilst you can.
I have all of the visas you mention in my passport & several times over & they all like their own clean page to put them in. I'm currently begging border guards to stamp on already stamped pages, using bits around visas that are in there!
Good luck & bonne route!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
