Juamumu:
Welcome to the HUBB forum.
Before you buy the bike, check with the government office that regulates and licences vehicles in Belgium to confirm that they are willing to issue a Belgian licence plate for the bike.
If the bike is manufactured in a country outside of the EC, it is very possible (probable, in fact) that it does not comply with EC safety and emissions regulations. In such a case, you will not be able to register the bike without bringing it into conformity with the EC (in other word, Belgian) regulations, and that will either be horrendously expensive or maybe even impossible (if it is an emissions compliance problem).
Whatever you do, don't 'assume' that you will be able to register an Eastern Bloc (or, for that matter, North American) vehicle in Western Europe.
