Dave makes a good point, if we want to carry on this discussion, we should do it in another thread that has already been established for this specific topic, rather than 'hijacking' this discussion about insurance, which is already way longer and more rambling than it ought to be.

As of today we did not managed to finish all the paperwork needed to offer green card insurance for all the Balkan countries including Turkey.
Lots of paperwork needed to be done, but we'll keep the community posted when we start offering the packages.

This week we'll start accepting PayPal payments for EU border insurance policy, check our website until the end of this week it will be up and running

Cheers

Is it likely that you will sort out the Balkan counties in the next month?
I'm having trouble with getting coverage through my insurers in the UK. Aviva- never again!

Hi Packers, thanks for stopping by!

Unfortunately the answer is no, too many paperwork and time is limited .We're aiming to be ready for the end of this season, so people can plan their routes for 2017.

We're trying hard to create a platform, so people will have an option that they can count on and will not be expensive.

Cheers

See this post, where I answered your similar question: Green card- including the Balkans.

I recently purchased green card insurance from Lobagola - Border insurance
I am from Canada and plan to travel Ireland and the UK. My bike is with Martin at https://www.facebook.com/motofeirme/.
Dooby was great to deal with and answered all my questions as quick as I could ask them. I am really looking forward to my trip.

European Green Card Insurance

I recently purchase green card insurance for my Europe travels and I could not recommend Dooby from Lobagola B&B | design bed & breakfast in the center of Zagreb more! He was very responsive and straight forward and well priced.

Insurance for UK purchased motorbike

Hi guys after searching the whole Internet and ringing 100s of UK based insurance companies which wouldn't insure a temporary resident in UK I finally managed to get a third party insurance for my Uk purchased motorbike from lobagola.com
Doobey from lobagola sorter everything out quickly and within 5 working days my policy was in my hand. Many thanks to whoever had posted the reference of lobagola. Com. Hi K, Moto & Shri, appreciate your comments and we're glad our service is getting out and the word is spreading.

Safe travels to everyone, and you know how to reach us for border insurance services or if you need any help while traveling from Alps to Iran.

Cheers

Last year I was frantically searching for insurance for my Irish registered bike (I use Motofeirme, can't recommend Martin highly enough) for a trip that had been planned for several months. In the early stages I was going to get Green Card insurance from Motocamp in Bulgaria, unfortunately they stopped providing that service a few months before my departure. As I said, I was scrambling to get some coverage and Martin mentioned he had come across a contact and put me in touch with Dubravko at Lobagola B&B. So my 3 week bike tour of Ireland had been saved.
This year I contacted Dubravko in early January to discuss Border Insurance for a six week tour of Europe and was assured there would be no problems. Dooby has since been my contact at Lobagola, he is courteous and prompt and polite. I have had no issues dealing with either Dubravko or Dooby, both are professional and a pleasure to to business with. Both transactions have gone smoothly, papers get to where they are supposed to go when you expect them to arrive...no surprises.
Two years ago touring the Alps by motorcycle seemed to be an impossibly expensive dream for this Canadian...its happening this summer with a little help from few strangers on the other side of the world!
A sincere THANK YOU to Dooby, Dubravko and Martin (& Phil)

PS: if time permits we will swing down to Zagreb for a refreshment and to say hi.

Regards,
Rick

Another recommendation for Lobagola and Dooby in Zagreb if you are looking for green card insurance

I have found Dooby to be very professional and helpful and just had the pleasure of meeting him when I picked up my second 90 day policy documents in Zagreb

Dooby also took time out to give me information on planing for the Balkans and was really helpful sourcing tyres at short notice and ringing around to find a shop that sold oil and a filter for my bike

I very much appreciate his help and highly recommend his services

One more recommendation for Dooby and Lobagola. I was in a hurry to start my tour earlier this year and they went out of their way to help me. Super friendly, understanding and flexible. Can't wait to make it to Zagreb to meet them in person.

I will be using their services again soon.

Another big thumbs up for Lobagola, Dooby and Igor. They've provided me with insurance for the past two years. Great service and great people, they make it easy, fast and reasonable. I recommend them to all my touring friends.

Green card

To hop on the train here, I also got insurance through Lobagola. As a Canadian coming to Europe, it was easy as can be. They forwarded the insurance papers to my first stop in the UK, and they were waiting when I arrived.

Cheers.
