Hello
Every country where the CDP was used has an entry and an exit slip.
With those 2 slips they have to clear the vehicle in their bureaucracy.
If they mess that up and send a claim to the issuer of the CDP that the vehicle was still in the country, the issuer of the CDP needs prove of the whereabouts of the vehicle.
The exitstamp of that country is not enough.
Easiest is by prove of returning of the vehicle.
Also prove of wrecking or importing by an other government in the section mentioned in the CDP.
Some issuer may clear the CDP after a certain time when no country where the CDP was used had made a claim.
But only the issuer of the CDP can tell you what their requirements are.
